Data management, processing and analysis of Whole Transcriptome based RNA-sequencing reads
RNA was extracted from the whole blood samples taken during the immunization schedules at different timepoints and the whole blood transcriptome was obtained by Next Generation Sequencing based RNA sequencing method. The objective of this tiger team was to enable and optimize the HPC-based analyses of RNA sequencing reads. Workflows and submission scripts were therefore created for RNA-Seq transcription analyses, T-Cell antigen receptor analysis and human leukocyte antigen analysis utilizing the job dependency functionality offered by batch system (MOAB/Torque).
