Tiger Team: tt-cryosparc
Secure installation of Cryosparc for a multi-user cluster environment
CryoSPARC is a state-of-the-art scientific software platform for cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) used in research and drug discovery pipelines. The software is designed to be installed and configured by each user separately. We aim to provide a common installation for all users. Security issues regarding access to the graphical user interface or data sharing among users must be addressed and solved in a satisfying way.
