Flashback: 9th bwHPC Symposium

We cordially invited scientific users, operators of bwHPC services, and the bwHPC support centers to the 9th bwHPC Symposium on October 23, 2023. The event took place at and was organized by the University of Mannheim. This year's symposium hosted about 71 guests. With one keynote speech, 14 presentations, 11 poster sessions and a panel discussion the 9th bwHPC Symposium has been very positively received by the invited guests.

The bwHPC Symposium offered a unique opportunity to actively engage in a dialog between users, operators, and the support centers. Its focus was on the presentation of scientific projects and success stories carried out with the help of bwHPC high-performance computing in the context of the BaWü data federation. The symposium was free of charge and open to researchers from all scientific fields.
